By using our website and submitting property listings, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Property Listings & Accuracy
- All property owners, agents, or landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy of the details, descriptions, pricing, and images they upload on RentMarkaz.
- RentMarkaz reserves the right to remove any listing if it contains misleading information, fake photos, or violates local property laws in Pakistan.
2. Payments & Packages
- Property listings require selecting a package and making a payment via our supported manual methods (Meezan Bank or EasyPaisa).
- Payments must be transferred to the official account provided on the checkout page (Account Title: Abdul Razzaq Soomro).
3. Listing Approval & Verification
- Once payment is transferred, users must send the transaction screenshot or receipt via WhatsApp (0323-2943877) along with their Listing ID or username.
- Listings will be reviewed and published by the admin within 15 to 30 minutes after payment verification.
- All package payments are non-refundable once the property listing is approved and published live on the platform.
4. User Conduct
- Users must not misuse the platform for spamming, fraudulent rental ads, or unauthorized data scraping.
